BEST EXPERIENCE
The whole team at Jersey Autoland was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we walked on to the lot we were greeted with a smile from Emily. We had a great conversation with Tony on our test drive! He was so knowledgeable on the cars and shared stories that allowed us to really connect with him. Upon returning to the dealership and meeting with the owner, both my boyfriend and I had the same feel; The way he spoke was so upfront and honest, we felt as though he had our best interest in mind. This is not the usual feeling that people get at dealerships. He shared so much knowledge with us about vehicles and many other things. We had nothing to complain about and walked out with the car that we wanted. We had such a great experience with the team and was very thankful for all their knowledge, each of them make the atmosphere of this dealership unforgettable and just an overall great friendly place. I would recommend to any and everyone!!! Service, knowledge, care, honest..... this place is ONE of a kind!

Awesome service
As recent newly weds My husband and I were looking to purchase a new car together. We now had 2 dogs and needed to upgrade from my vw jetta to something with more space for the pups and our travels. We saw the edge online and wanted to take a look! This was the perfect fit! Emily was very helpful with us and let us test drive the car. We even were able to bring the pups to the lot so she could see how big they were! Everyone there is very friendly and honest and I'm so happy that we chose to come here!

Auto Purchase at JC Autoland
From beginning to end, Emily and her team at Jersey City Auto Land showed me amazing customer service and it was a great sales experience. Emily is also very versed in auto sales financing and even reviewed my credit score and rating with me in detail so I can work on building my credit with the purchase of my new car. She knows the car business in and out and showed me that she cares about the people she does business with!! She helped me get into the right car for the budget I have. It wasn’t just another sale to her and my questions mattered!! I will always recommend Jersey City Auto Land to my friends and family first. They have a great used car inventory like the larger car lots (around the corner) but with top notch customer service. No one else compares!! Thanks a Bunch!!

BEST DEALER AROUND

Buying a car
Just recently bought a car from Jersey, City, Autoland, Chris , and everybody There was super helpful, able to answer all of my questions. Great experience financing through them and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a used vehicle in the Jersey City area.

Best in business
Best costumer service yet! Went in just to look at a car and thanks to you guys my wife left with a car. We come all the way from Connecticut and I would always go down to you guys for help finding the right car for me, family, and friends!! I’m next to get my car ?? I loved you guys. Not only did they provide top of the line costumer service, good or bad credit they work with you and defend you to get u the best rates with banks ?? ????????

The best car purchase I’ve ever experienced and
Emily and the family at jersey city auto land really helped me and my fiancé pick the best vehicle that fits my needs. Best car buying experience by far if your not buying your next vehicle here your making a big mistake. Trustworthy while polite and very informative on your purchase. I’m thankful I stopped by today. No regrets no concerns no troubles. They got you covered on all aspects definitely recommend to any and all buyers. Again guys I’m thankful and thank you so much for all your help today.
